There are many exam conducts every year over the entire world but some of theme are quite difficult to crack. In this article we talk about world's 5 toughest exams.

1. Master Sommelier's Diploma Exam



Master Sommelier's Diploma Exam or shortly known as MSDE is considered as the world's toughest exam. It is generally a wine tasting exam. The word "Sommelier" means a person with proficiency in wine tasting. The first MSDE exam is conducted in 1967. This exam is divided into three sections- 
1) Theory   2) Service  3) Tasting
The section first is open to everyone but the second section is only open for those who have cleared section one and like this the third section is only open for those who have cleared section two.
   There are 172 professional till now passed this examination. The average rate of a person to sit in this examination is 3 times. 

Cost of test- 

It cost $995 to take the test each time.

2. Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)




It is considered as the second most tough exam in the world and toughest exam in india. UPSC Conducts A class exam in india like Indian Administration Services (IAS) and Indian Engineering Services (IES).The working area of a UPSC officer controls a major economy of country. 
The exam process is in three stages
1) preliminary 2)Mains 3) Interview

Eligibility:- For IAS any bachelor degree is required
                 For IES any engineering degree is required


Salary:-50k INR (approx)


3.All soul's Prize fellowship exam.



This is the exam of the 'College of Soul's', constituents college of the University of Oxford. After cracking this exam student got a seven year fellowship in Oxford and now you have to study without any disturbance like financial problems or etc.
The college encourages all the fellowers to teach in university and they get paid well.
The success rate of the examination is that 80 students give the exam and only one student is selected to receive fellowship.

4. California Bar Exam.



It is basically a law exam in California. Once you passed this exam you became a lawyer in California. It is a 2 day exam consisting 6 hours essay, 2 hours performance test and 200 MCQs.
Eligibility:- You must have atleast 2 year undergraduate education.
Salary:- Average $54310 per year.

5. Chartered Accountant (CA) 



CA is considered as one of the toughest exam in India. If you are interested in taxation and accounting then it will be a great career option.CA is considered high paying profession in India. The course duration is almost 5 years. Therefore you will be able to take up a career as a CA.

Eligibility: 

For Comman practice test(CPT), eligibility is 10th.
After qualifying CPT, student post qualifying for the 10+2 exam.
After CPT, IPCC successful article-ship CA has to be done for 3 years then comes the CA final.

Salary:- 6 lac to 7 lac per annum in the starting and 20 lac to 25 lac per annum as much as experience hold.
